  • You would like support in English

  • The process feels complicated and stressful

We provide careful and personalised support for each situation.

What Are Apostilles and Consular Legalisation?

When Japanese official documents are to be used overseas, additional certification may be required to prove that the documents are genuine.

Depending on the country where the documents will be submitted, either:

  • an Apostille, or

  • Consular Legalisation

may be required.

As requirements differ from country to country, it is important to confirm the correct procedure in advance.

At Emilio Gyoseishoshi Lawyer Office, we support clients throughout the entire process, from confirming the necessary procedures to obtaining and submitting the required certifications.

Our Services Includes

  • Initial consultation

  • Confirmation of required documents
