If your application is unfortunately denied, we will support one re-application without charging any additional professional fee.

However, actual expenses required for the application will be borne by the applicant. These include government application fees, revenue stamp fees, fees for obtaining official documents, translation fees, postage, and any other necessary out-of-pocket expenses. This applies to both the first application and the re-application.

Please note that free re-application support is available only when the applicant has provided accurate information and has cooperated with our office in preparing the application in accordance with our advice and policy.

Free re-application support will not be available if any of the following circumstances are discovered or occur:

  1. After the commencement of the engagement, any adverse fact that was unknown to us at the time of accepting the case is discovered, including but not limited to a criminal record, inconsistency with past immigration applications, unpaid or late payment of taxes, pension contributions, or health insurance premiums.
  2. It is discovered that the applicant provided false information, inaccurate information, or information that differs from the truth.
  3. The applicant commits any criminal act or other illegal act after the commencement of the engagement or while the application is pending.
  4. The applicant cancels the engagement, withdraws the application, does not wish to proceed with a re-application, or fails to provide necessary documents, information, explanations, or other cooperation required for the application.
  5. After the application has been filed, circumstances that may affect the immigration examination occur, such as a job change, resignation, decrease in income, change in family circumstances, or deterioration in the payment status of taxes, pension contributions, or health insurance premiums.

To help clients feel more secure when requesting our services, our office offers a refund guarantee under certain conditions.

If we determine that there is a reasonable possibility of approval and proceed with the application, but the application is denied and we also determine that obtaining approval through a re-application would be difficult, we may refund all or part of the professional fee already received.

Please note that the refund guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  1. After the commencement of the engagement, any adverse fact that was unknown to us at the time of accepting the case is discovered, including but not limited to a criminal record, inconsistency with past immigration applications, unpaid or late payment of taxes, pension contributions, or health insurance premiums.

  5. After the application has been filed, circumstances that may affect the immigration examination occur, such as a job change, resignation, decrease in income, change in family circumstances, or deterioration in the payment status of taxes, pension contributions, or health insurance premiums.
